眼科日间手术患者全流程健康宣教及随访小程序的构建及应用

Construction and application of a all-process health education and follow-up mini program for ophthalmic day surgery patients

摘要: 目的:构建针对眼科日间手术患者全流程健康宣教及随访的微信小程序并评价其应用效果,旨在实现对患者全方位精准健康宣教及随访。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取武汉市某三级甲等医院的眼科日间手术患者为研究对象,2024年6月—8月收治的150例患者为对照组,2024年9月—11月收治的150例为干预组。对照组接受传统的宣教及随访模式,干预组接受基于微信小程序的全流程健康宣教及随访。通过对日间手术患者进行半结构式访谈,理解患者需求,由专家小组讨论后确定微信小程序的具体内容及功能,基于此设计开发微信小程序并进行了可用性评价。比较两组患者术前焦虑、健康教育知晓率、满意度、出院后自我照护能力等。结果:系统可用性平均分为80.60分,用户体验感良好。对照组术前焦虑平均值3.56 cm高于干预组的2.86 cm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者健康教育知晓率为75.33%±12.74%,高于对照组的58.13%±9.70%,满意度为(40.85±2.93)分,高于对照组的(35.46±3.27)分,出院后自我照护能力高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:眼科日间手术全流程健康宣教及随访小程序的应用可形成具备临床推广价值的“基础保障-精准服务-创新体验”三级服务构架,使患者受益。

Abstract: Objective: To develop and evaluate a WeChat mini-program designed for all-process health education and follow-up care in patients undergoing ophthalmology day surgery, with the goal of providing holistic and precise patient support. Methods: A convenience sampling method was used to select patients from a tertiary grade A hospital in Wuhan. The control group consisted of 150 patients admitted between June and August 2024, who received conventional health education and follow up. The intervention group included 150 patients admitted between September and November 2024, who received all-process health education and follow-up via the WeChat mini-program. The WeChat mini-program was developed based on semi-structured interviews with day surgery patients to identify their needs. Its content and features were finalized through expert panel discussions and usability testing. Preoperative anxiety, health education awareness, satisfaction, and post-discharge self-care ability were compared between the two groups. Results: The average score of System Usability Scale was 80.60, indicating that the user experience was good. Preoperative anxiety scores were significantly lower in the intervention group (2.86 cm) compared to the control group (3.56 cm) (P<0.05). The intervention group also demonstrated higher health education awareness (75.33%±12.74% vs. 58.13%±9.70%), greater satisfaction (40.85±2.93 vs. 35.46±3.27), and superior self-care ability after discharge (all P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of the all-process health education and follow-up mini-program for ophthalmology day surgery establishes "foundational support, precision service, and innovative experience" clinically valuable three-tier service framework, that benefits patients and is worthy of broader promotion.
