Construction of a Standard Operating Procedure for nursing care in intraventricular chemotherapy via Ommaya reservoir

摘要: 目的:构建经Ommaya储液囊脑室内化疗的护理标准作业程序,为规范护理操作提供参考。方法:通过文献回顾、临床实地观察,构建经Ommaya储液囊脑室内化疗护理标准作业程序初稿。2025年5月—6月,对14名专家进行两轮函询,根据专家的建议,对初稿进行修订与完善,形成作业程序终稿。结果:两轮函询问卷有效回收率分别为100.0%和85.7%,专家权威系数分别为0.857和0.854。第2轮专家函询中,一级条目、二级条目和三级条目的重要性评分变异系数分别为0~0.077、0~0.101和0~0.101;肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.228、0.265和0.217,均具有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。作业程序终稿包含5个一级条目、22个二级条目、39个三级条目。结论:经Ommaya储液囊脑室内化疗的护理标准作业程序具有科学性、可靠性和全面性,可系统规范化疗全过程,确保专业性和标准化。

Abstract: Objective: To establish a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for nursing care during intraventricular chemotherapy via an Ommaya reservoir, providing a basis for standardized nursing practice. Methods: A preliminary nursing SOP was drafted through literature review and clinical observation. It was refined after two rounds of Delphi expert consultations among 14 experts from May to June 2025. Results: The valid response rates for the two rounds of consultations were 100.0% and 85.7%, with expert authority coefficients of 0.857 and 0.854. In the second round, the variation coefficients for importance ratings of primary, secondary, and tertiary items ranged from 0 to 0.077, 0 to 0.101, and 0 to 0.101, respectively; Kendall's coefficients of concordance were 0.228, 0.265, and 0.217 (all P<0.001). The final SOP included 5 primary, 22 secondary, and 39 tertiary items. Conclusion: This SOP is scientific, reliable, and comprehensive, systematically standardizing the chemotherapy process and ensuring professional care.
