摘要: 文章系统梳理了福建省2家医院的医疗护理员管理实践,剖析主要挑战并提出优化路径。2家医院已逐步形成以分层培训与信息化监管为核心的医疗护理员管理体系,但当前仍存在培训同质化不足、人员流动性大、职业风险保障缺失等问题。未来应完善标准化培训和职业晋升体系,健全职业风险保障机制,促进医疗护理员队伍向职业化、高质量发展转型。

关键词: 医疗护理员;管理模式;免陪照护服务

Abstract: This article systematically reviews the management practices of the healthcare assistant workforce in two hospitals in Fujian province, analyzes the main challenges, and proposes optimization strategies. The two hospitals have gradually established a healthcare assistant management system centered on tiered training and information-based supervision. However, issues such as the lack of homogeneity in training contents, high staff turnover, and inadequate legal and occupational risk protection persist. Efforts should focus on improving the standardized training and career advancement systems, and strengthening legal and occupational risk protection mechanisms in the future. These measures aim to promote the professionalization and high-quality development of healthcare assistant workforce.
