Application of mobile health technologies in home-based rehabilitation of patients with Knee Osteoarthritis: a scoping review

摘要: 目的:对移动健康技术在膝骨关节炎患者居家康复中应用的研究进行范围综述,为相关领域医护人员识别移动健康技术的特点及应用现状提供参考。方法:以JBI范围综述指南为方法学框架,系统检索9个中英文数据库,检索时限为建库至2025年7月18日,对纳入文献进行汇总与分析。结果:共纳入32篇文献,移动健康技术在膝骨关节炎患者居家康复中应用的类型主要有视频会议、远程康复系统、应用程序、社交软件、网络平台;康复内容涉及知识指导、运动指导、饮食指导、病情评估、随访管理等;结局指标包括治疗效果指标、自我管理指标、心理指标、医护患体验指标及其他指标。结论:移动健康技术在膝骨关节炎患者关节保护、疼痛管理等方面的可用性、可行性和可接受性已得到证实,并具有显著效果。未来可探索智能算法与实时监测技术的深度融合,开发中西医结合康复模式等数字化工具。

Abstract: Objective: To conduct a scoping review of the application of mobile health technologies in home-based rehabilitation of patients with Knee Osteoarthritis (KOA), in order to provide a reference for medical personnel in related fields to identify the characteristics and current application status of mobile health technology. Methods: According to the JBI scoping review methodology framework, nine Chinese and English databases were searched from their inception to July 18, 2025. The included literature was then summarized and analyzed. Results: A total of 32 literatures were included. The types of mobile health technologies applied in the home rehabilitation of patients with KOA mainly included video conferencing, remote rehabilitation systems, applications, social software, and networking platforms. The rehabilitation contents involved knowledge guidance, exercise guidance, dietary guidance, condition assessment, follow-up management, etc. Outcome indicators included therapeutic effect indicators, self-management indicators, psychological indicators, doctor-nurse-patient experience indicators, and other indicators. Conclusion: The study has shown the effectiveness, feasibility, and acceptance of mobile health technology for joint protection and pain management in individuals with KOA, and it has significant effects. Future research directions may involve further integration of intelligent algorithms and real-time monitoring technology, as well as the development of digital tools incorporating a rehabilitation model that combines traditional Chinese and western medicine approaches.
