Construction of a health education program for glaucoma patients based on protection motivation theory

摘要: 目的:构建基于保护动机理论的青光眼患者健康教育方案,为青光眼患者健康教育工作的开展提供借鉴。方法:通过理论分析、文献回顾和小组讨论,总结青光眼患者健康教育内容,形成初始条目池。于2024年11月至2025年3月,邀请相关领域专家进行德尔菲专家函询,采用层次分析法计算各条目权重,最终形成青光眼患者的健康教育方案。结果:共对23名专家进行了2轮函询,形成了2个一级条目、7个二级条目、25个三级条目的青光眼患者健康教育方案。2轮函询问卷有效回收率均为100.0%,专家权威系数分别为0.874和0.908;变异系数为0.060~0.301和0.059~0.238,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.162和0.167(均P<0.001)。三级条目各矩阵的一致性系数均<0.10,符合一致性检验要求。结论:初步构建的青光眼健康教育方案具有较高的科学性和针对性,为进一步验证及应用奠定了基础。

Abstract: Objective: To develop a health education program for glaucoma patients grounded in protection motivation theory, offering a practical resource for clinical and educational applications. Methods: Through theoretical analysis, a literature review, and group discussions, we identified health education indicators for glaucoma patients and compiled an initial item pool. Between November 2024 and March 2025, experts in related fields participated in a two-round Delphi survey. We used the analytic hierarchy process to determine indicator weights, thus producing the final program. Results: A total of 23 experts completed both rounds. The process yielded a program comprising 2 first-level, 7 second-level, and 25 third-level indicators. The experts' response rate was 100.0% for both rounds, and their authority coefficients were 0.874 and 0.908. The coefficients of variation ranged from 0.060 to 0.301 (first round) and 0.059 to 0.238 (second round). Kendall's coefficients of concordance were 0.162 and 0.167 (both P<0.001). Consistency ratio values for all third-level items were below 0.10, meeting the required consistency standards. Conclusion: This preliminary health education program for glaucoma patients demonstrates strong scientific merit and practical relevance, providing a solid foundation for further validation and implementation.
