Abstract: Based on the Donabedian's Structure-Process-Outcome Quality Framework, this study summarized the operational practices and outcomes of patient safety and nursing quality improvement in Stanford Health Care through field observation and literature review. The findings indicate that the institution strengthened its structural foundation through a value equation and multi-level governance system, optimized nursing processes through a professional practice model, career development support, and evidence-based translation, and enhanced outcome feedback through multidimensional quality indicators, patient experience evaluation, and employee engagement assessment, thereby establishing a closed-loop mechanism for continuous improvement of patient safety and nursing quality. These practices may provide references for the continuous improvement of nursing quality and the enhancement of the patient experience in China.
