Introduction
The Journal of Chinese Nursing Management is published monthly by the National Institute of Hospital Administration, and is a peer reviewed general medical journal for all nursing managers, researchers, educators, and nurses. Established in 2001，its responsible institution is the National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People’s Republic of China, sponsored by National Institute of Hospital Administration. The journal specifically reflects the advances and progress in China's health policy and nursing management which is acting as a guider to the nursing managers. The Journal of Chinese Nursing Management was included by Chinese Science Citation Database, and was the statistical source China Technology Journal Papers.
