Practice of the "Three Disease Stages and Three Therapeutic Modalities" program in Traditional Chinese Medicine preventive care nursing clinic

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the practical effectiveness of the "Three Disease Stages and Three Therapeutic Modalities" treatment and rehabilitation nursing program in a TCM preventive care nursing clinic. Methods: With a focus on clinical efficacy, the "Three Disease Stages and Three Therapeutic Modalities" treatment and rehabilitation nursing program was formulated and implemented. The effectiveness of the nursing program was evaluated using indicators such as overall treatment outcomes, patient satisfaction, and comprehensive nurse competence assessment. Results: After implementation of the "Three Disease Stages and Three Therapeutic Modalities" treatment and rehabilitation nursing program, the overall treatment efficacy of the outpatient clinic increased from 65.22% to 93.51% (P<0.001), patient satisfaction significantly increased from 83.62% to 93.92% (P<0.001), and comprehensive nurse competence improved in all dimensions assessed (P<0.001). Conclusion: The "Three Disease Stages and Three Therapeutic Modalities" treatment and rehabilitation nursing program can effectively enhance clinical efficacy, patient satisfaction, and comprehensive nurse competence in TCM preventive care nursing clinics, demonstrating value for promotion.
