Development and application of an integrated human resource information management system for nursing

摘要: 目的:构建并应用整合式护理人力资源信息化管理系统,并探讨其临床应用效果,为护理人力资源智慧化管理提供依据。方法:基于文献检索、需求调研,开发整合式护理人力资源信息化管理系统,评估其在提升人力调配效率、改善护理质量及提高患者与护士满意度等方面的效果。结果:系统运行3年后,护士调配成功率由65.70%提升至79.37%,人均调配耗时由(12.67±1.96)分钟降至(4.11±1.23)分钟,住院患者跌倒、非计划性拔管、压力性损伤、给药错误的发生率均有不同程度下降,住院患者的满意度评分由(95.75±0.18)分提升至(98.01±0.29)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护士对系统的满意度评分为(78.39±21.09)分,满意度较高。结论:整合式护理人力资源信息化管理系统的应用可提高护理人力调配效率,且对降低不良事件发生率、提高患者满意度有积极作用,护士对系统的满意度较高。

Abstract: Objective: To develop and apply an integrated human resource information management system for nursing, and to explore its application effects in clinical settings in order to provide a reference for smart management of nursing human resources. Methods: Based on literature review and needs assessment, an integrated human resource information management system was developed, and its application effects in terms of enhancing deployment efficiency, improving nursing quality, and increasing patient and nurse satisfaction were evaluated. Results: After three years of system operation, the success rate of nurse allocation rose from 65.70% to 79.37%, and average time per allocation decreased from (12.67±1.96) minutes to (4.11±1.23) minutes. The incidence rates of falls, unplanned extubation, pressure injuries, and medication errors among inpatients decreased to varying extents. Inpatient satisfaction scores increased from 95.75±0.18 to 98.01±0.29. All differences above were statistically significant (P<0.05). The score of nurses' satisfaction with the system was (78.39±21.09) points, indicating a moderately high level of satisfaction. Conclusion: The application of the integrated nursing human resource information management system can improve the efficiency of nursing staff deployment, and exert a positive effect on reducing the incidence of adverse events and enhancing patient satisfaction. In addition, nurses showed high satisfaction with the system.
