“三阶三法”方案在中医治未病护理门诊中的实践

摘要： 目的：评价“三阶三法”方案在中医治未病护理门诊中的实践效果，为推动中医护理门诊高质量发展提供实践参考。方法：以疗效为核心，制定“三阶”（急性期、缓解期、恢复期3个阶段）、“三法”（中医护理技术、功能锻炼、养生功法3类治疗方法）方案。2023年2月起在北京市某三级甲等中医医院中医治未病护理门诊开始实施“三阶三法”方案，评价门诊整体治疗效果、患者满意度、护士综合能力等指标。结果：方案实施后，门诊整体治疗有效率从65.22%提升至93.51%（P<0.001），患者总体满意度从83.62%提升至93.92%（P<0.001），护士综合能力考核成绩显著提高（P<0.001）。结论：“三阶三法”方案的应用可有效提升中医治未病护理门诊的临床疗效、患者满意度及护士综合能力，具有推广价值。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the practical effectiveness of the "Three Disease Stages and Three Therapeutic Modalities" treatment and rehabilitation nursing program in a TCM preventive care nursing clinic. Methods: With a focus on clinical efficacy, the "Three Disease Stages and Three Therapeutic Modalities" treatment and rehabilitation nursing program was formulated and implemented. The effectiveness of the nursing program was evaluated using indicators such as overall treatment outcomes, patient satisfaction, and comprehensive nurse competence assessment. Results: After implementation of the "Three Disease Stages and Three Therapeutic Modalities" treatment and rehabilitation nursing program, the overall treatment efficacy of the outpatient clinic increased from 65.22% to 93.51% (P<0.001), patient satisfaction significantly increased from 83.62% to 93.92% (P<0.001), and comprehensive nurse competence improved in all dimensions assessed (P<0.001). Conclusion: The "Three Disease Stages and Three Therapeutic Modalities" treatment and rehabilitation nursing program can effectively enhance clinical efficacy, patient satisfaction, and comprehensive nurse competence in TCM preventive care nursing clinics, demonstrating value for promotion.
