基于物联网技术的手术器械智慧物流管理平台的构建与应用

Development and evaluation of an IoT-based intelligent logistics management platform for surgical instruments

摘要: 目的:评价基于物联网技术的手术器械智慧物流管理平台的应用效果,为器械精细化管理提供依据。方法:通过手术室与消毒供应中心物联网布局、器械包芯片唯一绑定、智慧预分配及物流机器人自动流转等功能构建手术器械智慧物流管理平台。采用便利抽样法,将浙江省某三级甲等医院2025年5月—7月5 016例手术器械的使用情况设为观察组,2024年5月—7月5 887例为对照组,比较平台应用前后效率性、安全性、经济性指标。结果:应用后,手术器械无菌库盘库时间从(203.90±1.14)min/天减少至(24.73±0.16)min/天,器械手术间定位率从82.13%提升至98.37%,器械周转率从87.50%提升至97.61%,器械交接异常发生率由1.65%降至0.22%,器械预分配缺陷率由8.77%降至1.28%(均P<0.001);观察组单包器械消毒灭菌处理费及人力成本均低于对照组。结论:该平台可释放护理人员器械处理时间,提升器械定位与周转效率,减少器械预分配缺陷和交接异常事件发生,减少安全隐患,优化资源利用,并有助于控制医疗运营成本。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate an Internet of Things (IoT)-based intelligent logistics management platform for surgical instruments and provide evidence for refined instrument management. Methods: The platform was built through IoT deployment across the operating room and Central Sterile Supply Department, unique chip-based identification of instrument sets, intelligent pre-allocation, and automated circulation by logistics robots. Surgical instruments used in 5,016 operations performed from May to July 2025 in a tertiary grade A hospital in Zhejiang province were assigned to the observation group, while 5,887 operations during the same period in 2024 served as the control group. Efficiency, safety, and economic outcomes were compared before and after platform implementation. Results: After implementation, the daily inventory-checking time in the sterile storage area decreased from 203.90±1.14 min/day to 24.73±0.16 min/day (P<0.001). The intraoperative instrument localization rate increased from 82.13% to 98.37%, and the instrument turnover rate increased from 87.50% to 97.61% (all P<0.001). For safety outcomes, the incidence of instrument handover abnormalities decreased from 1.65% to 0.22%, and the pre-allocation defect rate decreased from 8.77% to 1.28% (all P<0.001). For economic outcomes, both the processing cost per instrument set and labor costs were lower in the observation group than those in the control group. Conclusion: This platform can reduce nurses' time spent on instrument processing, improve instrument localization and turnover efficiency, decrease pre-allocation defects and handover abnormalities, reduce safety risks, optimize resource utilization, and help control hospital operating costs.
