Abstract: Objective: To conduct a scoping review on the specific contents, evaluation indicators, and application effects of digital empowerment in the motor interventions for Multiple Sclerosis patients, and to provide references for improving motor intervention strategies in Multiple Sclerosis patients. Methods: Guided by the JBI scoping review guidelines, a systematic search was conducted in 9 Chinese and English databases from their inception to November 19, 2025. The included studies were analyzed and summarized. Results: A total of 18 articles were included. The application medium of digitally empowered motor intervention for Multiple Sclerosis patients included video games, virtual reality technology, robot-assisted devices, and digital communication. The intervention contents involved upper limb function training, lower limb function training, and balance training. Totally three indicators were involved including physical function, psychological and health, and feasibility indicators. In terms of application effects, digitally empowered motor interventions improved patients' upper limb coordination, lower limb function, balance ability, and mental health, with no serious adverse effects observed. Conclusion: Digital empowerment exhibits promising application potential in motor interventions for patients with Multiple Sclerosis. In the future, high-quality randomized controlled trials should be conducted to compare the application effects of different intervention mediums in motor interventions for Multiple Sclerosis patients in order to provide standardized intervention plans for their functional rehabilitation.
