5G智能报警系统在ICU心电监护报警管理中的应用

Application of the 5G intelligent alarm system in ICU electrocardiogram monitoring alarm management

摘要: 目的:探讨5G智能报警系统在ICU心电监护报警管理中的应用价值,为重症患者的报警管理提供借鉴。方法:基于5G技术开发ICU心电监护智能报警系统。选取杭州市某三级甲等医院ICU 2023年7月1日至12月31日采用常规方法进行心电监护的患者作为对照组,2024年7月1日至12月31日应用5G智能报警系统的患者作为观察组。比较系统应用前后的报警应答时间、误报警率及护士报警疲劳度。结果:应用报警管理系统后,观察组报警应答时间为(103.52±51.00)s,较对照组的(213.55±91.38)s明显缩短,观察组误报警率(16.56%)低于对照组(38.91%),护士报警疲劳度从(23.56±2.48)分下降到(18.12±1.99)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本研究构建的基于5G技术的ICU心电监护智能报警系统提高了心电监护报警辨识度及精准度,缩短了护士报警应答时间,降低了护士报警疲劳度,具有临床推广价值。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the application value of 5G intelligent alarm system in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) electrocardiogram (ECG) monitoring alarm management, so as to provide a reference for alarm management of critically ill patients. Methods: An intelligent alarm system for ICU ECG monitoring was developed based on 5G technology. The patients with conventional ECG monitoring in ICU of a tertiary grade A hospital in Hangzhou from July 1 to December 31, 2023 were selected as the control group, while the patients with 5G intelligent alarm system for ICU ECG monitoring from July 1 to December 31, 2024 were chosen as the observation group. The alarm response time, false alarm rate and nurse alarm fatigue before and after the application of the system were compared. Results: After the use of 5G intelligent alarm system, it was found that the alarm response time of the observation group [(103.52±51.00) s] was significantly shorter compared to that of the control group [(213.55±91.38) s]. The false alarm rate of the observation group (16.56%) was significantly lower compared to that of the control group (38.91%). The score of the nurse's alarm fatigue decreased significantly from 23.56±2.48 to 18.12±1.99. All differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The intelligent alarm system for ECG monitoring based on 5G technology developed in this study not only improves the recognition and accuracy of ECG monitoring alarms, but also shortens the response time of nurses, and reduces the nurse's alarm fatigue, which is worthy of clinical popularization.
