赋能教育方案在先天性巨结肠肠造口患儿照护者中的应用

Application effects of enabling education programs in caregivers of children with congenital megacolon enterostomy

摘要: 目的:评价赋能教育方案在先天性巨结肠肠造口患儿照护者中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2019年1月至2021年12月收治的因先天性巨结肠而行肠造口的56例患儿及其家庭主要照护者为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组各28例,对照组住院期间接收常规的健康教育,实验组在此基础上进行赋能教育,比较两组患儿家庭主要照护者的照顾能力量表得分和患儿术后并发症的发生情况。结果:干预3个月后,实验组主要照护者在适应照顾角色、应变及提供协助、处理个人情绪需要、评估家人及社区资源、调整个人生活与照护需求5个维度得分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患儿术后并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:赋能教育有利于增强先天性巨结肠肠造口患儿照护者的照护能力,促使其以积极的方式应对问题,减少患儿术后并发症的发生,进而改善患儿的健康结局。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the application effects of empowerment education program in caregivers of children with congenital megacolon enterostomy. Methods: Totally 56 children with congenital megacolon who underwent enterostomy and their caregivers in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 28 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education during hospitalization, and the experimental group received empowerment education on this basis. The care ability scores of the main caregivers of the two groups and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared. Results: After 3 months of intervention, the scores of five dimensions of main caregivers in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Empowerment education is helpful to enhance the care ability of caregivers of children with congenital megacolon enterostomy, promote them to deal with problems in a positive way, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, and then improve the health outcome of children.
