护士长医院感染预防与控制核心能力测评指标体系的构建

Development of nurse manager's core competence evaluation indicator system about hospital infection prevention and control

摘要: 目的:构建护士长医院感染预防与控制核心能力测评指标体系。方法:依据核心能力理论和角色理论,结合护士长医院感染管理的角色特点,对分管医院感染的副院长、医院感染管理专职人员、护理部主任、护士长、科主任、临床护士、医生和后勤主管等进行半结构访谈,对全国20名专家进行两轮专家函询,最终确立护士长医院感染预防与控制核心能力测评指标体系。结果:两轮函询专家权威系数分别为0.875和0.861,第二轮专家函询条目重要性的变异系数为0~0.19,可操作性的变异系数为0.08~0.24。最终形成了包括6个一级指标、18个二级指标、60个三级指标的护士长医院感染预防与控制核心能力测评指标体系。结论:本研究构建了护士长医院感染预防与控制核心能力测评指标体系,为临床护士长医院感染预防与控制核心能力的培训和测评提供参考及依据。

Abstract: Objective: To develop a nurse manager's core competence indicator system about hospital infection prevention and control. Methods: According to the core competence theory of Prahalad and Hamel, combined with the role characteristics of nurse managers in hospital infection management, a semi-structured interview form was developed. The final indicators were determined by 20 specialists through two rounds of expert consultation. Results: The authority coefficient of the two rounds of expert consultation were 0.875 and 0.861 respectively. The variation coefficient of the importance of the second round of expert consultation was 0-0.19, and the variation coefficient of the operability was 0.08-0.24. The nurse manager's core competence evaluation indicator system included 6 first-level indicators, 18 second-level indicators and 60 third-level indicators. Conclusion: The nurse manager's core competence evaluation indicator system about hospital infection prevention and control has been developed using Delphi method. It is expected to provide information for the training of nurse managers. It can be applied as a scientific assessment tool for the evaluation of the nurse manager's core competence about hospital infection prevention and control.
