手术室护士压力性损伤管理自我效能感现状及影响因素分析

Status and influencing factors of self-efficacy of pressure injury management among nurses in operating rooms

摘要: 目的:调查手术室护士压力性损伤管理自我效能感及知识共享行为的现状,并分析手术室护士压力性损伤管理自我效能感的影响因素。方法:2022年5月—7月,采用便利抽样法,分别从河南省、湖南省、江西省等13个省份的25家医院中抽取591名手术室护士作为调查对象。采用一般资料调查表、中文版护士压力性损伤管理自我效能感量表、中文版临床护士知识共享行为量表进行调查。结果:591名手术室护士压力性损伤管理自我效能感均分为(3.73±0.81)分,知识共享行为均分为(2.82±0.88)分,自我效能感得分与知识共享行为得分呈正相关(r=0.515,P<0.001);多元线性回归分析结果显示,手术室护士压力性损伤管理自我效能感的影响因素为医院级别、压力性损伤知识培训总次数、医院成立压力性损伤小组及知识共享行为(P均<0.05)。结论:手术室护士压力性损伤管理自我效能感处于中等偏上水平,知识共享水平处于中等水平,手术室护士的自我效能感水平越高,其知识共享水平就越强。提示手术室护理管理者应根据其影响因素有针对性地进行干预,提高手术室护士对压力性损伤管理的自我效能感与知识共享行为,从而降低患者围手术期压力性损伤的发生率,提高手术室护理质量。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the self-efficacy and knowledge-sharing behavior of pressure injury management among nurses in operating rooms and to analyze the influencing factors of self-efficacy. Methods: From May to July 2022, a total of 591 nurses in operating rooms were selected from 25 hospitals in 13 provinces including Henan, Hunan and Jiangxi by convenience sampling. The general information questionnaire, the Nurse Stress Injury Management Self-efficacy Scale and the Clinical Nurse Knowledge- Sharing Behavior Scale were used. Results: Among 591 nurses, the average score of self-efficacy in pressure injury management was (3.73±0.81), and the average score of knowledge-sharing behavior was (2.82±0.88). The score of self-efficacy was significantly positively correlated with the score of knowledge-sharing behavior (r=0.515, P<0.001). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of self-efficacy were hospital level, the total number of pressure injury knowledge training, the establishment of pressure injury group and knowledge-sharing behavior (all P<0.05). Conclusion: The self-efficacy of pressure injury of nurses in operating room is above the medium level, and the knowledge-sharing level is at the medium level. The higher the self-efficacy level, the stronger the knowledge-sharing level will be. It is suggested that nurse managers in operating rooms should carry out targeted intervention according to its influencing factors to improve the self-efficacy and knowledge-sharing behavior of nurses in the management of pressure injury. By this way, the incidence of perioperative pressure injury will be reduced and the quality of nursing will be improved.
