临床护士护理中断事件管理培训内容的构建

摘要: 目的:构建临床护士护理中断事件管理培训内容,为开展护士护理中断事件管理培训提供参考。方法:以知信行理论为指导框架,在文献回顾、理论分析及半结构式访谈的基础上,初步形成“培训模块-子模块-学习单元”三级培训内容,通过对12名专家进行2轮函询,最终构建临床护士护理中断事件管理培训内容。结果:2轮专家函询问卷有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.834,各级指标的重要性赋值均数为4.17~5.00,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.259、0.254;最终形成的护理中断事件管理培训内容包括护理中断事件管理知识、护理中断事件管理态度、护理中断事件管理技能3个培训模块及11个子模块、43个学习单元。结论:基于知信行理论构建的临床护士护理中断事件管理培训内容具有可靠性、系统性和临床应用价值,可为我国施行护理中断事件管理培训提供实践依据。

Abstract: Objective: To develop the contents of nursing interruptions management training for clinical nurses. Methods: Based on the Knowledge-Attitude-Practice model, the "Module-Sub-module-Unit" training contents were determined through literature review, theoretical analysis, and semi-structured interviews. Twelve experts were invited to revise the contents to form a final version of the training contents. Results: The recovery rates of two-round of expert consultations were 100%. The expert authority coefficient was 0.834, and the mean importance score of all levels of indicators was 4.17 to 5.00. The Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.259 and 0.254, respectively. The final training contents of nursing interruptions management consisted of 3 training modules including knowledge of nursing interruptions management, attitude of nursing interruptions management, and skills of nursing interruptions management, 11 sub-modules, and 43 units. Conclusion: The training contents of nursing interruptions management for clinical nurses based on the Knowledge-Attitude-Practice model are reliable, systematic, and applicable. They can provide a practical basis for the implementation of nursing interruptions management training in China.
