临床护士育儿压力量表的汉化及信度效度检验

Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Parenting Stress Scale for Clinical Nurses

摘要： 目的：汉化临床护士育儿压力量表并检验其信度和效度，为临床护士养育压力的评估提供依据。方法：通过邮件取得原量表作者的授权，采用Brislin翻译模型对原量表进行翻译、回译、文化调试和预调查，形成中文版临床护士养育压力量表。2022年7月采用便利抽样方法选取武汉市临床护士490名进行调查，评价量表的信度、效度。结果：中文版临床护士育儿压力量表包括4个维度，共19个条目，累计方差贡献率为62.692%，内容效度为0.88～0.96，效标关联效度为0.622。该量表的Cronbach’s?α系数为0.906，重测信度为0.888。量表结构效度经过验证性因子分析结果显示模型各项指标适配良好。结论：中文版临床护士育儿压力量表具有良好的信度和效度，可作为临床护士养育压力的评估工具。

Abstract: Objective: To translate the Parenting Stress Scale for Clinical Nurses (PSSCN) into Chinese, and test its reliability and validity. Methods: The author's authorization was obtained by email, and the Chinese version of the PSSCN was developed by translation, back translation and cultural debugging based on the Brislin translation model. The Chinese version of PSSCN was preliminarily tested by pre-investigation and expert letter consultation. A convenience sample of 490 clinical nurses from Wuhan were selected in July 2022 to evaluate the reliability and validity. Results: The Chinese version of PSSCN included 19 items with 4 dimensions, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 62.692%, the content validity was 0.88-0.96, the calibration correlation validity was 0.622, the Cronbach's α was 0.906, and the retest reliability was 0.888. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that all indexes of the model fit well. Conclusion: The Chinese version of PSSCN is with good reliability and validity, and it can be used as an evaluation tool of parenting stress for clinical nurses.
