摘要/Abstract

摘要： 中医护理学作为中医药的重要组成部分，随着中医药的不断发展，中医护理也在不断发展和壮大。本文从政策支持、中医护理专科发展、中医特色技术应用与创新、护理人才培养、中医护理门诊建设等方面回顾了中医临床护理十年的发展历程，对中医护理未来的高质量发展进行了思考，旨在认识优势与劣势，明确定位，谋求中医护理的可持续发展，以适应健康中国战略发展的需求。

关键词: 中医护理；建设与发展；展望

Abstract: As an important part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), TCM nursing is developing and growing with the continuous development of TCM. This paper reviews the development of clinical nursing of TCM in the past ten years from the aspects of policy supports, the development of nursing specialty, the training of nursing personnel, the application and innovation of TCM characteristic technology, and the construction of TCM nursing clinics. It also reflects on the high-quality development of TCM nursing in the future, aiming to recognize the advantages and disadvantages, clear positioning, and seek the sustainable development of TCM nursing to meet the needs of the Healthy China strategy.
