Abstract: Objective: To construct a dual-task training program for the elderly with subjective cognitive decline and to provide a reference for the research on improving their cognitive function. Methods: The intervention program was developed based on the brain plasticity theory, cognitive reserve theory, and cognition-exercise mutual enhancement concept. The first draft of intervention program was formed by literature research, and subsequently revised by two rounds of expert consultation from March to May 2024. Results: Totally 14 experts were included. The recovery rates of two rounds of questionnaire were 100.0% and 93.3%, respectively. The expert authority coefficient was 0.87. The Kendall harmony coefficient for the second round were 0.295 (P<0.001), and the variation coefficients of each item ranged from 0 to 0.166. The main contents of the final constructed program include knowledge education on subjective cognitive decline, introduction to dual-task training, learning and familiarity with training movements, mastery and practice of training movements, and maintenance of training effects. Conclusion: The dual-task training program for the elderly with subjective cognitive decline is scientifically feasible and can provide a reference for related research on delaying cognitive decline in the preclinical stage.
