Abstract: Objective: To explore the effects of "Internet+" health coaching technology in cardiac rehabilitation care for patients after Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG) surgery, and to provide references for improving the quality of cardiac rehabilitation in patients. Methods: A total of 78 patients undergoing CABG in a tertiary grade A hospital in Hefei from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected by convenience sampling. Using a random number table, they were divided into a control group (n=39) and an observation group (n=39). The patients in control group were provided with routine care, while the patients in observation group were provided with "Internet +" health coaching technology. The Adherence of Cardiac Rehabilitation Assessment Scale in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease, the Heart Health Self-Efficacy and Self-Management scale as well as the Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaire were used to assess the effects before and after intervention care. Results: After intervention, the observation group (28.78±1.87) demonstrated significantly higher scores in cardiac rehabilitation adherence than that in the control group (26.87±1.36), with differences being statistically significant (P<0.001). Additionally, the observation group exhibited superior self-efficacy, self-management ability in cardiac health, and quality of life compared to the control group, and these differences were also statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The "Internet +" health coaching technology is valuable and referred for patients undergoing CABG in strengthening postoperative compliance of cardiac rehabilitation, enhancing self-efficacy and self-management as well as improving quality of life.
