结构化肺康复训练在学龄期肺炎患儿中的应用

Application of structured pulmonary rehabilitation training in school-age children with pneumonia

摘要: 目的:评价结构化肺康复训练方案在学龄期肺炎患儿中的应用效果,为促进学龄期肺炎患儿的临床肺康复提供参考。方法:便利选取2025年8月至2026年1月在合肥市某三级甲等医院住院的126例学龄期肺炎患儿为研究对象,依据入院时间将患儿分为对照组和观察组,每组63例。对照组接受传统康复训练,观察组实施结构化肺康复训练。比较两组患儿干预后的肺功能指标、6分钟步行距离、Borg呼吸困难评分、运动后心率变化以及康复依从性。结果:干预后,观察组患儿的FVC%、FEV1%、FEV1/FVC%分别为(100.43±12.22)、(96.07±13.08)、(98.15±6.70),均高于对照组(92.68±9.49,85.87±10.60,95.20±9.61),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组6分钟步行距离及康复依从性得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿的Borg呼吸困难评分及运动后心率变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:结构化肺康复训练可有效改善学龄期肺炎患儿肺功能,提高活动能力与康复依从性。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effects of structured pulmonary rehabilitation training in school-age children with pneumonia, and provide references for promoting clinical pulmonary rehabilitation of such children. Methods: A total of 126 school-age children hospitalized with pneumonia in a tertiary grade A hospital in Hefei from August 2025 to January 2026 were conveniently selected and equally divided into a control group and an observation group according to admission time, with 63 cases in each group. The control group received conventional rehabilitation training, while the observation group was given structured pulmonary rehabilitation training. Pulmonary function indexes, 6-minute walking distance, Borg Category-Ratio 10 Scale score, post-exercise heart rate change and other indicators were compared between the two groups after intervention. Results: After intervention, FVC%, FEV1%, and FEV1/FVC% in the observation group were 100.43±12.22, 96.07±13.08, 98.15±6.70, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (92.68±9.49, 85.87±10.60, 95.20±9.61), all differences were statistically significance (P<0.05). The 6-minute walking distance and rehabilitation compliance score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in Borg Category-Ratio 10 Scale score and post-exercise heart rate change between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Structured pulmonary rehabilitation training can effectively improve pulmonary function, exercise capacity, and rehabilitation compliance in school-age children with pneumonia.
