Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effect of early intervention with pediatric massage rehabilitation assisted by the DeepSeek-V3 (DSV3) model on limb motor function in children with craniocerebral injury, and to provide a reference for early and precise rehabilitation of children with craniocerebral injury. Methods: A total of 46 children with moderate to severe craniocerebral injury admitted to the neurosurgery department of a tertiary grade A children's hospital in Nanchang from January to December 2025 were conveniently selected as the observation group, in which the DSV3 model was used to assist decisionmaking for the pediatric massage plans. A total of 46 children admitted from January to December 2024 was selected as the control group, and receiving conventional physician decision-making rehabilitation plans. The consciousness state, limb motor function, and intracranial pressure of the two groups were compared after intervention. Results: At 5 days, 10 days after intervention and at discharge, the Glasgow Coma Scale scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the intracranial pressure values were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The observation group showed higher upper limb muscle strength level (3.48±0.62, 4.30±0.55, 4.37±0.61) and lower limb muscle strength level (3.50±0.55, 4.37±0.57, 4.50±0.59) compared with the control group (upper limb: 2.87±0.69, 3.41±0.54, 3.67±0.52; lower limb: 2.93±0.74, 3.52±0.59, 3.65±0.57), with significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: The DSV3 model-assisted pediatric massage plan can improve the consciousness state, promote the recovery of limb motor function in children with craniocerebral injury, and control intracranial pressure, demonstrating its potential clinical decision support value.
