Abstract: Objective: To construct a comprehensive program of colonoscopy bowel preparation for children to provide reference for clinical practice. Methods: From December 2023 to November 2024, a comprehensive intervention program for bowel preparation for colonoscopy in children was constructed using qualitative research, literature review, and expert consultation, guided by the key-point control principle and the collaborative care model. Totally 14 experts were consulted by letter through the Delphi method, and the items involved were revised according to the experts' revision opinions to form an intervention plan. Results: The authority coefficient of the two rounds of expert correspondence was 0.872, the positive coefficient was 100%, and the Kendall harmony coefficient was 0.167 and 0.128 (P<0.01). The final intervention program included four aspects: dietary preparation, medication preparation, exercise preparation and psychological preparation, with a total of 15 specific interventions. Conclusion: The comprehensive intervention program for bowel preparation for colonoscopy in children is fairly exhaustive, reliable and scientific, and can provide reference for clinical practice.
