心内科住院患者信息化宣教平台的构建与应用

Construction and application of an information-based education platform for cardiology inpatients

摘要: 目的:构建心内科住院患者宣教平台并评价其应用效果,为临床护士住院患者宣教工作提供决策依据。方法:通过查阅病案、文献检索、组织专家论证会等方式确定心内科住院患者宣教任务及宣教平台功能清单,完成平台开发并投入临床使用。采用便利抽样法选取2024年10月—11月在武汉市某三级甲等医院心血管内科2个病区住院的600例患者和80名护士为研究对象,按照随机数字表法,将2个病区分为对照组和干预组。对照组采用传统宣教方法,干预组采用信息化宣教平台进行宣教。比较两组患者宣教遗漏率、两组患者对护理工作的满意度以及两组临床护士的自我效能感。结果:信息化宣教平台包括9类共计153项住院宣教内容。平台应用后,干预组患者诊疗全程宣教被遗漏11人(3.7%),对照组被遗漏65人(21.7%);干预组患者对护理工作的满意度得分为(21.81±3.49)分,对照组为(20.23±2.57)分;干预组护士自我效能感得分为(34.33±3.16)分,对照组为(23.48± 7.29)分,上述差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:心内科住院患者信息化宣教平台科学实用,为优化住院患者宣教工作提供了可靠的决策支持。

Abstract: Objective: To develop and evaluate an education platform for cardiology inpatients, providing decision-making support for clinical nurses' inpatient education work. Methods: The mission of health education for cardiology inpatients and the list of functions of the health education platform were determined by reviewing medical records, conducting literature searches, organizing expert demonstration meetings, etc. The platform was then developed and implemented in clinical practice. Using convenience sampling, 600 patients admitted to two wards of the cardiovascular department of a tertiary grade A hospital and 80 nurses were recruited in Wuhan from October to November 2024. The two wards were divided into the control group and the intervention group by a random number table. Patients in the control group received education using traditional methods, while those in the intervention group received education using an information-based education platform. The two groups were compared in terms of the omission rate of educational items, patient satisfaction with nursing care, and clinical nurses' self-efficacy. Results: The information-based education platform included 9 categories with a total of 153 items of inpatient education content. After the intervention, there were 11 cases (3.7%) of omission in the intervention group - course diagnosis and treatment education, while there were 65 cases (21.7%) of omission in the control group. The patient satisfaction score with nursing care was 21.81±3.49 in the intervention group and 20.23±2.57 points in the control group. The self-efficacy score of nurses in the intervention group was 34.33±3.16, while that in the control group was 23.48±7.29. All these differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion: The information-based education platform for hospitalized patients in the cardiology department is scientifically practical and provides reliable decision support for optimizing patient education.
