The reform and development of nursing education under the background of nursing education coordination

Abstract: Under the background of healthy China strategy, breakthrough progress has been made in the construction of nursing talent team in China, with the continuous improvement of quantity and education level, and the support of three-level nursing education system and education policy and conditions becoming more and more perfect, which provides a good opportunity for the progress of disciplines and the coordinated development of nursing education, so as to meet the higher requirements of the public and the industry for the overall quality and education level of nursing team. However, there are still some problems in the development of education, such as the deviation of talent supply structure and health demand, the lack of professional operability standard, the lack of cooperative education mechanism of nursing and education, and the weak level of discipline development. From the aspects of basic strategy, overall goal, basic task and development orientation, based on policies, industries and colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the causes of a series of problems and the advantages of developing nursing education coordination in improving supply structure, education quality and discipline development, and then proposes to build a four-level nursing education coordination management system and post training in nursing industry in an all-round way training standards to improve the education management system, reform the education teaching and support system, promote the reform of talent education mode, and ultimately cultivate outstanding nursing talents.
