Prediction models for Post-intensive Care Syndrome: a systematic review

摘要: 目的:系统评价ICU后综合征风险预测模型。方法:系统检索数据库中有关ICU后综合征或ICU后生理、心理、认知障碍风险预测模型的研究,检索时限为2010年1月1日至2022年3月8日。由2名研究者独立筛选文献并提取资料,采用诊断或预后多因素预测模型研究偏倚风险的评估工具对纳入文献进行偏倚风险和适用性评价。结果:最终纳入10篇文献,受试者工作特征曲线下面积为0.68~0.91。所有研究的适用性较好,但存在一定的偏倚风险。结论:ICU后综合征的风险预测模型还处于初步发展阶段,未来应对现有模型进行外部验证以促进模型的外推;引入生理和心理障碍的风险预测模型,并作本土化调整。

Abstract: Objective: To systematically review the relevant studies on risk prediction models for Post-intensive Care Syndrome (PICS). Methods: We searched Chinese and English databases for the eligible studies, which included prediction models or tools about post-ICU physical, psychological and cognitive impairment. The literature retrieval date was limited from 1st January, 2010 to 8th March, 2022. Two researchers independently screened the literature and extracted information. Then risk of bias and applicability were assessed by using the Prediction Model Risk of Bias Assessment Tool. Results: Of 2336 screened studies, ten studies met inclusion. The AUC of ten models were 0.68-0.91. The applicability of all studies was good, but there was some risk of bias. Conclusion: The research on prediction for PICS is still in the preliminary stage of development. There are several suggestions for future studies, including externally verifying the existing model, introducing and localizing the risk prediction models in the domain of physical and psychological.
