Abstract: Identifying and clarifying the palliative care needs of patients with heart failure is the first step in the early development of palliative care. This paper summarizes and compares the development, items, and utility of seven domestic and foreign heart failure palliative care needs assessment tools, with a view to provide reference for the subsequent formulation of standardized assessment model of palliative care needs for heart failure patients in China.
