体感游戏在老年脑卒中患者居家运动康复中应用的范围综述

Application of motion sensing game in home-based exercise rehabilitation of elderly stroke patients: a scoping review

摘要: 目的:对体感游戏在老年脑卒中患者居家运动康复中应用的相关研究进行范围综述,为体感游戏在老年脑卒中患者中研究的进一步开展提供指导。方法:以乔安娜布里格斯研究所(JBI)提出的范围综述指南为方法学指导,检索PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,PsycINFO,CINAHL,Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台及维普等中英文数据库中的相关研究;检索时间为建库至2022年11月;对纳入文献进行整理与分析。结果:共纳入文献14篇;体感游戏运用于脑卒中患者居家运动康复正逐渐成为一种趋势;与虚拟现实技术相结合是体感游戏最常见的开展形式,居家运动康复的目标以上肢的感觉及运动功能为主,患者居家康复运动的执行质量可通过游戏任务的完成情况体现;结局指标包括体感游戏对研究对象的干预效果、可行性及患者满意度等。结论:体感游戏对老年脑卒中患者的居家康复具有积极作用,该干预方法有助于患者居家运动康复体验及质量的提升。未来研究可针对不同肢体康复目标设计相应体感游戏素材,完成脑卒中患者居家运动康复游戏库的建立。

Abstract: Objective: To identify relevant research on the application of motion sensing game in home-based exercise rehabilitation of elderly stroke patients, and to provide guidance for further research. Methods: A literature search was performed in the PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, PsycINFO, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wanfang Data and VIP. The included literature were summarized and analyzed. Results: Totally 14 studies were included. The results suggested that the application of motion sensing game in the home-based exercise rehabilitation of stroke patients was gradually becoming a trend. The combination with virtual reality technology was the most common form of motion sensing game. The goal of home-based exercise rehabilitation was mainly the sensory and motor function of the upper limb. The implementation quality of the patients' home rehabilitation could be reflected by the completion of the game tasks. The outcome indicators included intervention effect, feasibility and patient satisfaction of motion sensing game. Conclusion: Motion sensing game makes positive contribution to the home rehabilitation of elderly stroke patients, and this intervention method is helpful to improve the the experience and quality of home-based exercise rehabilitation. Future research can design corresponding somatic game materials for different limb rehabilitation goals and constantly enrich the home-based exercise rehabilitation game library for stroke patients.
