癌症患儿疾病获益感量表的汉化及信度效度检验

摘要： 目的：对癌症患儿疾病获益感量表（the Benefit Finding Scale for Children，BFSC）进行汉化，并检验其信度和效度。方法：按照Brislin模型汉化量表，经过文化调试及预调查，确定中文版BFSC的条目。采用方便抽样法，于2021年10月至2022年2月应用中文版BFSC对北京、河北共计161例8～18岁的癌症患儿进行测试，检验中文版BFSC的信度和效度。结果：中文版BFSC共10个条目，探索性因子分析提取出1个公因子，累积方差贡献率为55.804%；中文版BFSC条目水平的内容效度指数为0.86～1.00，量表水平的内容效度指数为0.942，总量表的Cronbach’s?α系数为0.909，折半信度为0.879。结论：中文版BFSC具有良好的信度和效度，可用于评价我国癌症患儿的疾病获益感情况。

Abstract: Objective: To translate the Benefit Finding Scale for Children (BFSC) and test its psychometric properties among Chinese children with cancer. Methods: According to the Brislin model to translate and back-translate the original English version, the Chinese version of the scale was determined after cultural adjustment and pretesting on the scale. A convenience sample of 161 children aged 8-18 years old with various cancers was recruited in Beijing and Hebei province to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale from October 2021 to February 2022. Results: There were 10 items in the Chinese version of BFSC. Factor analysis identified one factor, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 55.804%. The item-level content validity index of the Chinese version of BFSC was 0.86-1.00, the scale-level content validity index was 0.942, the Cronbach's alpha for the overall scale was 0.909, and the split-half reliability was 0.879. Conclusion: The Chinese version of BFSC appears to be a reliable and valid instrument to evaluate benefit finding among children with cancer in the context of Chinese culture.
