Abstract: This article reviews the current status of the prevention, assessment, treatment and dressing selection of diabetic foot, and proposes comprehensive management strategies, such as setting up an interdisciplinary team for diabetic foot care, establishing a support system for shared decision-making, implementing standardized treatment for triage according to the severity of the condition, building an information management platform, and offering remote management under the epidemic and patient-centered health education, in order to provide reference for the clinical prevention and treatment of diabetic foot.
