Abstract: During the period of regular prevention and control of COVID-19, as the only designated medical security institution for the Beijing Winter Olympic Games, Peking University Third Hospital launched a special diagnosis area for the Winter Olympic Games and implemented closed-loop management. In order to maximize the performance of human resources and ensure the nursing quality for the Winter Olympic, we strengthened nursing management, sorted out the working processes and accurately controlled the work details. This paper introduced the nursing management practice of the special area for the Olympic Winter Games from the aspects of the setting of the special area and the configuration of facilities, the formulation and improvement of the working processes, the nursing management of human resource and quality, and the prevention and control of hospital infection.
