新护士规范化培训满意度现状及其影响因素调查分析

Satisfaction and influencing factors of standardized training for new nurses

摘要: 目的:调查新护士对规范化培训的满意度现状并分析影响因素。方法:于2020年6月—9月采用便利抽样法,选取全国6个省份9家三级甲等医院2?251名新护士为调查对象。采用自行设计的一般资料问卷及新护士规范化培训满意度调查问卷进行调查。结果:新护士对规范化培训的满意度得分为(83.23±11.46)分,得分最高的维度为培训师资团队与专科临床实践能力培训,得分最低的维度为培训资源配置、组织培训与管理。入职年限、学历,对工资收入、休假、福利待遇、承担的工作量、职业发展机会、激励与反馈、选择排班机会的满意度是影响新护士对规范化培训的满意度的因素。结论:新护士对规范化培训的整体满意度较高,但在培训资源配置、组织培训与管理等方面仍需要完善,各医疗机构应针对影响因素,优化培训体系及培训环境,进一步提高新护士对规范化培训的满意度。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the satisfaction status of standardized training for new nurses and analyze influencing factors. Methods: Convenient sampling method was used to select 2251 new nurses from 9 hospitals in 6 provinces. General information questionnaires and self-designed new nurse standardized training satisfaction survey questionnaires were used. Results: The satisfaction score of new nurses with standardized training is 83.23±11.46. The training teacher team and the specialized clinical practice ability are the highest satisfaction dimension. The dimensions with the lowest scores are training resource allocation, organizational training and management. working life, education, vacation, welfare, workload, career development opportunity, motivation and feedback and choice of scheduling opportunities are factors that affect the satisfaction of standardized training for new nurses. Conclusion: New nurses are highly satisfied with standardized training, but training resource allocation, organizational training and management still need to be improved. Medical institutions should optimize the training system and training environment according to influencing factors, and improve the satisfaction of standardized training for new nurses.
