有创机械通气患者俯卧位实施方案的构建

Construction of prone position ventilation scheme in patients using invasive mechanical ventilation

摘要: 目的:构建有创机械通气患者俯卧位实施方案。方法:采用文献研究的方法进行系统文献检索并进行证据的筛选、质量评价和证据提取及汇总;通过专家论证法对原始证据进行筛选,纳入具有临床可行性及适用性的证据,初步形成有创机械通气患者俯卧位实施方案;采用德尔菲函询法进一步修订完善方案,以保证该方案的可实施性及临床有效性。结果:构建了有创机械通气患者俯卧位实施方案,共包含33个条目。结论:基于文献研究及德尔菲专家函询法构建的有创机械通气患者俯卧位实施方案具备科学性、可行性、适用性,使俯卧位通气治疗过程更加规范化,可为临床医护人员提供参考。

Abstract: Objective: To construct an evidence-based implementation plan of prone position ventilation for patients needing invasive mechanical ventilation. Methods: Relevant literatures were retrieved and analyzed systematically to screen and summarize evidences, which were then evaluated and extracted for further expert review. The original evidences with clinical feasibility and applicability were included to form the preliminary plan of prone position ventilation. Delphi technique was adopted later to further revise and perfect the prone position ventilation scheme to ensure its feasibility and clinical effectiveness. Results: The implementation plan of prone position ventilation for patients using invasive mechanical ventilation was constructed, which includes 33 items. Conclusion: The implementation plan of prone position ventilation based on literature study and Delphi technique is scientifically applicable, which makes the treatment process of prone position ventilation more standardized and can provide references for clinical medical staff.
