摘要/Abstract

摘要： 总结了我国手术室护理管理发展及管理工具的应用现状，分析了手术室护理随着医疗水平进步而不断发展的过程中给护理管理者带来的诸多挑战，介绍了手术室护理管理中可使用的管理理论与质量管理工具，讨论了科学管理方法在手术室护理管理中的应用，旨在促进我国手术室护理管理朝着科学化、信息化、智能化的方向发展。

关键词: 手术室；护理管理；科学管理；质量控制

Abstract: This paper summarizes the status of operating room nursing management in China and management tools application, analyzes the challenges of operating room nursing management with the development and progress of medical care, introduces the available management theories and quality management tools in operating room nursing management, and discusses the application of scientific management methods in operating room nursing management, aims to promote the scientific, informationize and intelligent development of operating room nursing management in China.
