Abstract: Objective: To compare the differences of the utilization in perinatal care services among women with different census register types in Beijing. Methods: The data was collected from the records of the perinatal care system in a community health service center in Beijing. The chi-square test was used to explore the differences of the utilization in perinatal health care services among different household registered women. Results: There were significant differences in the utilization in nine aspects among different household registration women, including the start time of taking folic acid, the gestational week of the first prenatal examination and so on (P<0.05). Those the pregnant and husband were both non-residents used the perinatal care services worse, and those the pregnants were non-residents but the husbands were residents were with the best utilization of postnatal care services (P<0.05). Conclusions: Those the pregnant and husband were both non-residents used the perinatal care services worst, and they should be paid special attentionin the future.
