摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探讨标准预防对临床防控患者多重耐药菌（MDRO)感染的作用。方法：通过分析手卫生、隔离措施、环境物体表面及设备的清洁消毒等措施对临床防控患者MDRO感染的效果，总结标准预防对临床防控患者发生MDRO感染的作用。结果：手卫生是预防与控制患者MDRO感染的重要手段，防护用品的适当使用可以降低患者MDRO感染的发病率，环境物表及医疗设备的清洁与消毒可有效切断MDRO在患者间传播。结论：标准预防措施可有效防控MDRO感染，且随着医院感染防控工作的深入，将会发挥越来越重要的作用。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of standard precautions on Multidrug-Resistant Organism (MDRO) infection in clinical setting. Methods: By analyzing the effects of hand hygiene, isolation measures, cleaning and disinfecting environmental surfaces and equipment on the prevention and control of MDRO infection in patients, summarize the effect of standard precautions on MDRO infection in clinical prevention and control. Results: Hand hygiene is an important means to prevent and control MDRO infection. The proper use of protective equipment can reduce the incidence of MDRO infection. The cleaning and disinfection of environmental objects and medical equipment can effectively cut off the MDRO transmission between patients. Conclusion: Standard precautions can effectively prevent and control MDRO infection, and will play an increasingly important role as healthcare infection prevention and control work deepens.
