Abstract: Objective: To retrieve, evaluate, and synthesize high-quality evidence on rehabilitation exercise for adult Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (HSCT) recipients, so as to provide evidence for clinical practice. Methods: A comprehensive search was conducted across domestic and international guideline databases, professional society websites, and Chinese/English literature databases for studies related to rehabilitation exercise in adult HSCT recipients. The search period spanned from January 1, 2018 to October 30, 2025. Eligible literature was screened, quality-assessed, and data-extracted, followed by evidence synthesis and integration. Results: A total of 25 articles were included, comprising of 2 clinical guidelines, 3 expert consensus statements, 1 evidence summary, 9 systematic reviews, and 10 randomized controlled trials. Twenty-six pieces of evidence were summarized into 7 categories, including exercise assessment, management principles, modalities, intensity, settings, risk management, and health education. Conclusion: The evidence summaried in this study is relatively scientific and comprehensive, which can provide an evidence-based basis for management on rehabilitation exercise for HSCT patients.
