Abstract: Day surgery has developed rapidly with the characteristics of "short hospital stay, fast turnover, and high coordination", which has put forward higher requirements for the standardization and coordination of nursing management throughout the entire process. As Artificial Intelligence technology continues to expand and find applications in the healthcare sector, it offers new avenues for optimizing medical service processes and enhancing management efficiency. This article systematically reviews the current application status of Artificial Intelligence in the pre-hospital, in-hospital and post-hospital full-process management of day surgery patients, and looks forward to the future development, with the aim of further promoting the deep integration of Artificial Intelligence and clinical nursing, and improving the intelligent management level of day surgery.
