Abstract: New-generation information technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, are profoundly transforming the healthcare field. In response to challenges including population aging, increasing disease burden, and evolving patient needs, Artificial Intelligence technology offers innovative approaches for advancing nursing models. Based on the core patient needs in both inpatient clinical care and post-discharge continuing care scenarios, this paper reviews new Artificial Intelligence technologies, products, and solutions in nursing, analyzes the main challenges currently faced by Artificial Intelligence in nursing application scenarios and discusses future development trends, aiming to provide insights for the informatization and intellectualization of nursing.
