Abstract: Chronic diseases have the characteristics of being long-term and difficult to cure, and follow-up in their comprehensive health management cannot be ignored. Compared with traditional manual follow-up, artificial intelligence follow-up has significant advantages in personnel allocation and time management, with good application effects and promising prospects in chronic disease arrangement. This article provides a review of artificial intelligence follow-up and its application in chronic disease care, while also summarizing the problems that exist in its application and proposing prospects, in order to provide reference for the application of artificial intelligence follow-up in chronic disease care.
