Abstract: The Gua Sha special technique of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing clinic of a tertiary grade A TCM hospital in Jiangsu province followed the development philosophy of "building solid foundations, studying classics, following renowned mentors, engaging in clinical practice, and prioritizing scientific research". Targeting seven common conditions such as perimenopausal syndrome and insomnia, the application scheme of meridian scraping technology was formulated, the information management module was built, and the three-level quality control framework and the talent training path of "combination of training and application" were established. As of 31 December 2025, the Gua Sha special technique of TCM nursing clinic served nearly 30,000 patients annually, the overall treatment effective rate was >85%, and the nursing satisfaction was >98%. It can provide a practical model that can be implemented and promoted for TCM institutions at all levels.
