Abstract: Objective: To investigate the rehabilitation training adherence and its influencing factors in patients with urinary incontinence within 3 months after Radical Prostatectomy, thereby providing evidence for developing targeted interventions. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted, and from June to September 2024, 126 patients with postoperative urinary incontinence who attended follow-up at the urology outpatient department of a tertiary grade A general hospital in Guangzhou were recruited using convenience sampling. Data were collected using General Information Questionnaire, Urinary Incontinence Rehabilitation Exercise Compliance Scale, International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire-Short Form (ICIQ-SF), and Social Support Rating Scale. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze influencing factors. Results: The rehabilitation exercise compliance score was 35.55±13.20. Regression analysis revealed that family monthly income, ICIQ-SF score, specialist nurse management, and start time of rehabilitation guidance were significant predictors of compliance (P<0.05), accounted for 43.2% of the total variance. Conclusion: The rehabilitation training adherence of patients with early postoperative urinary incontinence after Radical Prostatectomy was generally low and was influenced by economic status, severity of incontinence, and the timeliness of training guidance. It is recommended to strengthen specialist nurse-led rehabilitation guidance and optimize follow-up management models.
