Abstract: Objective: To construct the sensitive index system for Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) quality control, and to provide scientific management basis for the standardized and homogeneous development of CSSD. Methods: The sensitive index system for central sterile supply quality control was established through literature retrieval, quality control tools, group discussion, Delphi expert consultation and other methods, and its reliability and scientificity were analyzed. Results: Both the effective recovery rates of the consultation questionnaire in the two rounds were 100%, the average expert authority coefficient was 0.87, the coordination coefficient was 0.203 (P<0.001), the item validity indexes ranged from 0.833 to 1.000, and the questionnaire validity index was 0.800. The sensitivity index system is composed of 3 first-level items, 11 second-level items and 15 third-level items, and the definition, interpretation and calculation formula of each index were provided. Conclusion: The result of expert consultation is scientific and reliable. The sensitivity index system of central sterile supply quality control can be used as the basis for quality management of CSSD.
