护士在多学科综合门诊运行中的作用

Abstract

Abstract: On the basis of describing the operating characteristics of the multidisciplinary comprehensive clinic in our hospital, this article aims to summarize the important role of nurses in multidisciplinary comprehensive clinic, including the impeller for establishment of consultation teams, the guarantors for network appointments, the promoters for consultation quality, the managers for consultation data, and the participants for expert teams, so that it can provide reference for the training of nurses for multidisciplinary comprehensive clinic in China, and provide reference for the participation of nurses in multidisciplinary consultation, the development of career paths, the improvement of professional ability and influence.
