Abstract: Objective: To summarize the application of the standardized procedure of intracavitary electrographic positioning technology in the implantation of arm infusion port in breast cancer patients in our hospital. Methods: A multidisciplinary management team was established to formulate the standardized process of electrogram positioning technology, emergency plan for disease change and treatment process without characteristic P wave changes in the implantation of arm infusion port. The standardized process was applied in the implantation of arm infusion port. Results: All 320 patients with arm infusion port implantation were successfully placed in the port at one time. The extraction rate of characteristic P wave was 98.8%, and the accuracy rate of X-ray positioning catheter tip was 96.6%. During the port implantation, 2 patients showed abnormal symptoms including palpitation and palpitations, which were all improved after active treatment. Conclusion: The standardized process of IC-ECG positioning technology is suitable for the positioning of the catheter tip in the arm infusion port, which can help medical staff to identify and deal with abnormal situations in the port in real time. This technology can improve the efficiency of the port placement, and ensure the safe indwelling of the arm infusion port.
