Abstract: This paper systematically introduces the 30 years' experience of Central Sterile Supply Departments in China. The rules and regulations of the Central Sterile Supply Department and the standards of the health industry were described. This paper expounds the post training project of Central Sterile Supply Department which has been implemented for eight years. It reveals the future development direction and challenges of Central Sterile Supply Department in the new era.
