Abstract: Taking the nursing management work of group-type nursing assistance to Tibet in Beijing as an example, this paper summarizes the experience based on the task and work characteristics of nursing reform in the past five years. Starting from the current situation of problems and the construction of target management, through the two stages of strong foundation breakthrough and deep connotation of "strong third-level Grade A" promotion, and driven by innovation, we constructed a joint three-level nursing management structure of "two-way co-management", the construction of precision discipline assistance and promotion based on "hospital-to-department", the "in and out" technical management personnel training mechanism and the "comprehensive coverage" management promotion remote assistance mode. Through the help, the total number and structure of nursing human resources were more scientific, the nursing quality had been significantly improved, and the number of specialist and management personnel training and the coverage of disciplines were increasing. In the future, we will continue to explore the establishment of the precise assistance of management and professional development, innovate the management mode, strengthen the connotation construction and extension coverage of nursing specialty, and achieve the sustainable development of group-type nursing assistance to Tibet.
