Abstract: Starting from 2016, Shaanxi Provincial Nursing Quality Control Center established the model of precise nursing support by selecting experts, determining target hospitals and formulating schemes, where the model was applied to 32 county-level hospitals. The results showed that the core competence of nursing managers in county-level hospitals was improved. The quality of nursing care in county-level hospitals was improved significantly. The quality control center builds a platform for the subsidence of high-quality nursing resources. The construction of the core competence of nursing management position in county-level hospitals is the key point of precise nursing support. The functions of the quality control center were further expanded. Precise nursing support is a win-win measure for both quality control center and county-level hospitals.
