Abstract: By searching domestic and foreign literature and combining with the practice of clinical nurses, this paper expounds the positive effect of academic journals on clinical nurses, analyzes the difficulties of reading academic journals in clinical practice, and explores the ways and methods of obtaining academic journal papers, so as to promote nurses' scientific literacy and promote the innovation and development of nursing discipline.
